An Outside Perspective for Complex Team Dynamics
As a leader, you are deeply invested in your team’s success. But when you are inside the system, seeing the dynamics clearly—the breakdowns in communication, the hidden burnout, the repeating patterns—is nearly impossible.
With a Ph.D. in Human Development and former experience as a tenured psychology professor, department chair, and executive director, I speak the insider language of leadership and academia. I step into organizations to provide the outside perspective necessary to snap teams back into focus.
Whether facilitating a leadership retreat, an on-site workshop in Central Ohio, or a virtual seminar, my approach goes beyond standard professional development. We do not just talk about strategies; we look at the developmental stages of your team.
We are not "brains on sticks." My presentations integrate the whole body into individual and team development. As a certified meditation teacher, I bring somatic tools to the room to demonstrate how our bodies and breath are key to integrating creative ideas and surviving high-stress environments.
Growth without the grind. I teach teams how to embrace growth without hustle and striving, and how to facilitate from a place of compassion rather than empathic distress.
Dynamic, evidence-based learning. Expect energetic presentations with live feedback, audience engagement, and deep connection. This is not a "sit and get" lecture.
